THE PROCEDURE:  When our professionally trained technician arrives at your home or business, they begin with a prespray on your carpet.  Using a portable hot water extractor, they will clean your floor thoroughly with special attention to high traffic areas.  Finally, our technician will use a neutralizing agent to rinse.  A scotchguard can also be added to your carpet.
